  1. "Autumn motives" SCREEN SAVER Software License Agreement

  4. Use of the Software
  5.  
  6. Alec Chuchumov/Altix Soft(the "Author") grants you, the end user,
  7. a non-exclusive single-user license to use the supplied software 
  8. program. The Software and all Intellectual Property embodied
  9. in the Software always remains the property of the Author.
  10. Your use of the Software indicates your acceptance in full
  11. of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  12.  
  13. Copying the Software
  14.  
  15. You may make copies of the Software for backup or archival 
  16. purposes only.  You may use the Software on one or more 
  17. computers provided there is no possibility of it being 
  18. used concurrently by more than one person.  A separate 
  19. license is required for each concurrent user of the Software.
  20.  
  21. Distribution of the Demo Version of the Software
  22.  
  23. The Demo version of the Software may be distributed
  24. royalty free in any form providing that no charge is
  25. made for the Software itself. Only a nominal fee for
  26. media and/or copying services is allowed. All files
  27. that are supplied with the Demo version that you have
  28. received must also be included.
  29.  
  30. Distribution of the Registered Version of the Software
  31.  
  32. The Licensed or Registered version of the Software may 
  33. not be distributed in any form without prior written 
  34. consent from the Author.
  35.  
  36. Derived Works
  37.  
  38. You may NOT use the Software to derive any works which 
  39. are based in part or in full on the Software or portion 
  40. of the Software.
  41.  
  42. Modified Versions of the Software
  43.  
  44. All updated, revised, modified or improved versions of 
  45. the Software are also subject to the conditions of this 
  46. license agreement and shall remain the property of the Author.
  47.  
  48. Termination of this Agreement
  49.  
  50. You may terminate this License Agreement at any time 
  51. by destroying the Software along with all copies in any form.
  52.  
  53. Limited Warranty
  54.  
  55. The Software is distributed and licensed "AS IS".  The 
  56. Author specifically disclaims all other warranties, 
  57. express or implied, including but not limited to, implied 
  58. warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular 
  59. purpose, with regard to the Software.
  60.  
  61. Damages
  62.  
  63. By using the Software you do so at your own risk. In no 
  64. event shall the Author be responsible for any damages 
  65. whatsoever (including but not limited to, damages for 
  66. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss 
  67. of business information, or any other pecuniary loss or 
  68. any other real or consequential damages) arising out of 
  69. the use or inability to use this product.

  71. Copyright

  73. The Software and the Intellectual Property embodied in the 
  74. Software shall always remain the property of the Author and 
  75. is protected by United States Copyright Law and International 
  76. Treaty Provisions.

  78. Agreement

  80. Your use of the Software indicates your agreement with the 
  81. above terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these
  82. terms and conditions then you should destroy all copies of 
  83. the software.
